Good morning!  I am so excited to share this recipe with you all.  A friend of mine, Kimberly, prepared this when we were at their home.  I am not a real big fish fan, but this won me over! It was wonderful.   We are having Ben's parents along with his Aunt and Uncle for dinner and this will be the main course.  I am also making a Key Lime Cheesecake that is divine.  I'll post that recipe tomorrow.   Soooo, today is a cleaning day for me.  It will be a quick clean since I've got a cheesecake to get going.
A few tips:
*You can buy salmon at Sam's.  They have fresh Alaskan Sock-eye in right now in meat department, just delivered.  I love our family, it was too pricey for as many people as we'll have tonight.
*If you eat salmon weekly, get the wild salmon.  It is healthier!
*The omega 3 in the fish is wonderful for your heart, GREAT for your kiddos brain development AND some studies suggest it helps people concentrate.
*Sam's carries wild salmon fillets in the freezer department too.

Recipe for Grilled Salmon
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tbs. oil
3 tbs. ketchup
1 tbs. honey
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic

Refrigerate 1 hour.
Grill 5 minutes on each side or until done.
Enjoy!!!!  Even if you don't cook, this is super easy and a great "hands off" meal.
