I was watching the weather channel with the two older boys this morning and Luke said, "Hey! Do you want to know one good thing about all dis rain? You get to play in de mud puddles!" That's my boy! Looking for the silver lining to each cloud. Hope you enjoy the mud at your house today! I will post pictures later of our Happy Day Mud. I bet that little hand would leave some wonderful "fingerprints on the glass."

Oh how wonderful! You inspire me to make the time to have activities like that. Simply playing in the mud, these are things that we should stop to do (let our children do) in this fast paced world! Good job Mama Andi!

That's my boy! Why don't you let them come up with a recipe for a 'mud pie'...then publish it on the 'party site'. I just bet they could come up with wonderful ingredients!

I tried to get AC to play in the rain after I read this...MAJOR difference between girls and boys!!! It lasted all of about 2 minutes until she fell and got mud on her!
Andi, I love reading you blog - I hope the boys had fun in the mud, my girl would NEVER - but my boy would love it!
